Every child was given an oral examination and proper technique to brush their teeth was demonstrated. All the students were given toothbrush and toothpaste and they individually brushed their teeth using the proper techniques. This helped kids learn about the importance of oral hygiene.

Project conclusion:

The oral health status of school going children in remote area of Nepal is very deteriorated. Among the children, the incidence of dental caries was very high . Immediate steps need to be carried out to alleviate the condition. For a country like Nepal preventive is the only measure to control the present condition of the children. Continuing this would require collaboration with other similarly inclined organizations.
