Project aim: 

The aim of conducting dental project in Nepal is to provide free dental treatments to needy and underprivileged  population of Nepal. 

Project funding: 

The project was funded by the nominal fee paid by participants and an additional cost was made by Sai Ram Dental Care.  

Educational value of project: 

 Curative treatments were provided to more than 450 people during dental camp, which include Scaling and polishing, Restoration( Composite and Glass ionomer), Extraction and free medicines. On preventive side, a dental education program was conducted in the government school for more than 400 children.

Project conclusion: 

Scaling and polishing were done on 112 people, Restoration were done 65 people and Extraction were done on 134 people. As a preventive measures pit a sealent was placed on 155 childrean and during dental education program,all children and teachers were taught about the important of oral health and how to maintain oral health.
